- What we collect
- Form submissions: name, email, company, message content. Analytics: IP address, user agent, browser data, and interaction events captured via Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity.
- Who processes it
- Zoho CRM (lead storage), Zoho ZeptoMail (transactional email), Zoho SalesIQ (live chat), Google Analytics 4 (aggregate analytics), Microsoft Clarity (session recording), Cloudflare (security), Sentry (error monitoring).
- How long we keep it
- Lead data is kept for 24 months unless you request deletion. Analytics data is retained per the providers' defaults.
- Your rights
- You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@thestorecraft.com.
- Cookies
- GA4 (analytics), Clarity (session recording), Cloudflare (security). A consent banner appears on first visit — scripts do not load before you accept.
