Terms of service.
These terms cover your use of thestorecraft.com. Use of the Storecraft app itself is governed by the separate agreement presented when you install via the Shopify App Store.
- The service
- Storecraft provides a mobile app builder for Shopify, with catalog-level Virtual Try-On, AI-driven app generation, festive theme scheduling, and visual and voice search. Some capabilities are gated by plan tier.
- Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
- Every plan includes a 30-day free trial. After the trial, billing continues monthly or annually depending on your selection. You can cancel anytime from the dashboard; your app stays live until the end of the current billing period.
- Acceptable use
- Do not use Storecraft for illegal, infringing, or harmful purposes. Do not reverse-engineer or resell the platform. Do not upload content you don't have the rights to.
- Intellectual property
- You own your content — your products, your brand assets, your customer data. Storecraft owns the platform, the code, and the AI models powering it.
- Limitation of liability
- Storecraft is provided as-is. We work to keep the service stable and secure, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
- Governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
