We're building the Shopify mobile app for the way commerce actually works in 2026.
Why Storecraft exists.
Instagram and TikTok rewrote how people shop. They taught a generation to discover by image, to expect personalization, to scroll until they find the thing — and then to expect it to feel like it was made for them.
Shopify's storefronts adapted to the new web. Shopify's mobile apps mostly didn't.
Storecraft was built to close that gap — to give every Shopify merchant, especially fashion brands, an app that feels native to how their customers actually shop. AI-designed, personalized at the catalog level, and built for the visual, instant, feed-driven behavior shoppers learned from the social platforms they live on.
- 01
The mobile app should feel like a different product than the website — not a smaller version of it.
- 02
Personalization isn't a feature. It's the experience.
- 03
AI in commerce should make magic — not produce checklists of 'AI-powered' badges.
- 04
Fashion brands deserve software that takes aesthetic seriously. Templates don't.
- 05
The best technology disappears. The merchant focuses on selling. The customer focuses on discovering. The app, somehow, just works.
